WARRANTY COVERAGE

Stockers Starters products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of 360 days. Products are covered under this warranty provided they are properly installed and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for such installation and operation and in accordance with good installation and maintenance practices in the industry. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Products installed on rental vehicles are not included.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

This warranty is void for items disassembled or tampered with in any manner. Units that have been altered, disassembled, damaged by environmental conditions (dirt, water, oil, etc.), damaged by other parts (flywheel, ring gear, voltage regulator, wiring defects, etc.) or abused will not be acceptable as warranty items and will be returned to the purchaser.

WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS

Stockers Starters obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repairing, replacing or crediting, at its option, any parts found to be defective. Under no circumstances will Stockers Starters be liable for anything more than the repair or replacement of the unit or a credit to the purchaser of his purchase price. Stockers Starters will not be liable for any labor charges or towing expenses or other expenses that may be incurred. Under no circumstances will Stockers Starters offer any reimbursement beyond the original purchase price.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

All merchandise returned for warranty is subject to inspection. Warranty units must be accompanied with the following information: 1) Copy of the original invoice, 2) Return date, 3) Vehicle make and model, 4) A brief description of the malfunction. ALL WARRANTY UNITS MUST BE PROPERLY MARKED TO INSURE THE ISSUANCE OF FULL CREDIT, REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

The manufacturer reserves the right to return to the purchaser any units found to be damaged or otherwise not defective and may require the purchaser to pay repair, handling and/or shipping charges on such non-warranty items provided they are returned in repairable/resalable condition.

If purchased from an installing dealer and the unit fails where you are unable to return to the installing dealer and you must have the repair made again, return the unit to the installing dealer who will arrange for the return of the unit under warranty and refund the price of the unit to you. The installing dealer may, at his discretion, refund that part of his labor charge pertaining to the installation of the unit. He will not be liable for refunding any amounts that were charged for diagnosis or other parts installed.

THE UNIT MUST BE RETURNED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS ANY PERSON AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS TO OUR PRODUCTS.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

This warranty gives you specific rights. You also have implied warranty rights, including an implied warranty of merchantability, meaning the product must perform the ordinary purposes for which such products are used. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
